iMedia Converter for Mac
If you're looking for an application that will convert video, DVD and audio, one that will do it all then you need to check out the Swiss Army knife of conversion utilities, the iMedia Converter for Mac. This application will do it all and is the older brother to the Video to iPad Converter.
Changes on the new version:
Because I am doing a lot of technical reviews on software, hardware and other devices, it is crucial for me to be able to convert many different kinds of media for 100% error-free playback on all devices. Does the iMedia Converter for Mac pass the test? Let's find out.
The premise of the application is clear enough. If you have video files, DVDs or audio files that you want to convert for the purposes of playback on any device (including desktop PCs or Macs), then you can use the iMedia Converter for Mac to do just that.
When you first open the application you are presented with a workspace that allows you to select video and audio files, or you can choose to load a DVD disc. You can load one or more video files and process them in batch mode to save time. When you load the files, a grid appears to show you the source files, the destination directory, the output format, the output length, status and the remaining time until the conversions are complete.
You can select files using a built-in file dialog window, or you can drag-and-drop files into the content conversion window. To select multiple files for conversion, you hold down the command key on the Mac, and select the files you want to convert.
Once you have selected the files you want to convert, you set options such as the output format, video quality, audio quality and output destination directory. By default, converted video and audio files are saved in the same location where the source files are located. You can output video to virtually any video format. From mobile 3GPP to DV to Flash, you can convert it all.
The interface is extremely easy to use, and the conversion process is quick. There is also a video/audio preview mode so that you can view the conversion process as it is running. The application features an extensive built-in help system, so you are only a click away from getting your questions answered. The publisher Enolsoft is the recognized leader in video and audio conversion, and it shows. I give this application thumbs up.

The best app for converting video and audio
This application works really good. It'll convert any video you throw at it. I use it to convert videos that I have taken with my mobile phone into Flash and MP4 formats. This application actually saves me money because I do not have to buy stock videos from expensive online media outlets. I highly recommend the application. It's surprising how much I use the application and it's really easy to use. Download it now.
