 Excel spreadsheet to schedule customer appointments for 25 employees and 5,000 clients for 2,000 time increments. Scheduling is easy with drop-down menus showing only the clients each employee is qualifies to see in only the time-slots the employee is scheduled to be at work each day. You can set the scheduling increment to anything from 1 minute to 24 hours, whatever is best for your business. Old appointments are automatically deleted making room for new ones in this perpetual scheduler. If your business is open 40 hours a week and you schedule appointments every 30 minutes you can schedule up to 25 weeks into the future in this appointment scheduler. Spreadsheets are available for 25, 50 and 100 employees and 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 clients for 1,000 or 2,000 time increments.
